DELIVERY INFORMATION
Orders are despatched via Royal Mail first class post. Delivery should be expected within 3-5 working days after day of despatch. This is under review and we may in the near future change to a courier service. This will benefit our customers at no extra cost.

RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
Items need to be returned within 10 days. Unsuitable goods can only be returned in an unworn/unused state. Please complete the returns slip provided in your parcel, securely wrap your parcel (do not send just the box or defaced the shoe box in any way) and send to the address below. KaramelShoes do not pay for return postage, this will be at your own cost.
Please remember that the products are your responsibility as a customer, until they reach us. We recommend you use a postal service that provides proof of posting.
You will be refunded by the payment method used for your original purchase.
FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEMS
For items received that are not as ordered or are faulty (unworn), please e-mail us regarding the problem and we will advise of procedure.
EXCHANGES
To exchange items, you will need to return items for a refund and then re-submit a new order. Please note that this will incur the standard postage and packing charges for a new order.
DEFECTIVE FOOTWEAR
Please notify us of any defective/non satisfactory item by e-mail or letter within 7 days of date of delivery or 30 days after despatch from ourselves, whichever is earlier. You will need to return defective footwear for refund/exchange (subject to availability). We will advise of procedure on contact with ourselves.
